My Story & Qualifications

My love for adventure has brought me far and around. A few of my life’s motto’s are always to do things with passion and invest 100% in my interest - which also lead me into professional soccer and Pro road cycling.

My career started with a Degree in financial management (AP) undergraduate degree at BA level.

I Worked as state licensed realtor in Denmark with my own company for 12 years, then transitioned into the development side as founder of a Architectural studio “Rasmus Custom” which specializes in visualizations, compositions and 3D model building.

My whole life i have been on the ocean and around power boats, finally also professionally as a US licensed OUPV Captain w/ towing endorsement & RYA Offshore Yachtmaster. When i get my US citizenship in 2024 i will study the 100-Ton master offshore license, which my RYA Yachtmaster is equivalent of.

As a former boat owner i know about the endlessly maintenance and the operation costs. I treat my clients boats with respect and drive them like they was my own.

Now i operate and manage my company www.oceanchartercaptain.com, where i am specializing in managing, driving, towing and delivering boats.

As i captain i have gained my experience by trail and error, you can only prepare for so much theoretically. I’ve gained my seaworthiness the hard way and have build my skills. We have to have fun - but Safety first, better to call a wrong weather forecast in the slip, than get caught out on the sea. Plan for the worst and the cruise will be smooth - My past military life in the Queens Royal Life Guards (Denmark) taught me precision and safe execution, “When all troops know their exact job, the ship will be sailing in the right intended direction”
